Delivery notification

After the payment is verified. A “Confirmation of delivery” e-mail will normally be received 2-4 working days after placing an order. The e-mail contains the details of shipment as well as a tracking number a link. You can click on the link to track the order

Undelivered arrangement

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a notification e-mail will be send out.
